13) I... honestly don't know. I'd like to be able to say that I'd still support them but, I don't know. I'd also request not to be in the situation where I'd have to find out, if that's ok?
14) Do I have to found a charity? Cos I'd like to give it to the charity I already support - the hospice where my dad spent his last months. If I have to found one, it'd be either arthritis or cancer research, or mental health awareness.
15) Are we playing hooky here or there? Cos if we're here, I'd take you to like the zoo & castle or the living museum cos those are fun. If we're there, Alcatraz!

Hmmm...taking your eating issues and mine into account...possibly a nice, hearty stew with biscuits or bread and a salad.

Breathlessly cold and glittering with fresh snow. Lake-effect weather is amazing.

In recent memory, telling my assistant that if she wasn't healthy enough to be at camp, then I wanted her to go home. It broke my heart to do it.

I pull back.

Either a charity to help women get on their feet after hard times haven fallen upon them, or else a charity to help get vaccines into communities that need them.

We're going to go and play in the snow, maybe go snowshoeing or something, then we're going to go to Portside for happy hour--$2 drafts and every beer on tap is local.

Do you have times when your intuition is VERY INSISTENT about something even though you're scared it's wrong?

Yes. Usually it involves talking to someone and not wanting to because I don't want to look like an insane person.

If so, what do you do?

Most often, my intuition wins and I do what it is telling me to.

What fulfills you?

Writing and photography. Capturing an image I see in my head with words so that others can see it or translating an experience I'm having into an image I can share with others...those things validate me, make me who I am.

What's the most beautiful word you know?

I think love is a pretty beautiful word. It has so many layers and levels and all of them are beautiful. Unconditional love is the most amazing gift anyone can give.

What is "3AM music" to you? (I am currently listening to Bon Iver)

It depends on the reason I'm up at 3am I think....If I'm coming home from somewhere, it's a good chance it's a gig of some kind, so I'm likely listening to whoever I just saw, these days likely to be Christian Kane or Steve Carlson...though there's a good chance it might be Pink Floyd too (friends in a tribute band). If I'm awake due to insomnia, probably meditation music, Golana or something similar. If I'm up early for something, probably music that gets me awake and pumping...probably my work out mix.

1) In theory? I must have been older than eight, because I remember a class mate in third class bragging that his brother had a girlfriend that had grabbed him (the brother) between the legs. I had the vague idea that it had something to do with sex, and when I was alone, I put my hand on my crotch, fully clothed, and thought "And? What's the big deal?" *g* Sex ed in school started when we were about twelve.
