My name is Katie and I live in Jacksonville, FL (I was born here too, but I've only lived here now since August...lived in Gainesville before that). I'm a 28 year old undergrad student (I'm on the eleven-year plan) and I've recently become obsessed with SPN and Jeffrey Dean Morgan. He's just so pretty!
I'm also a very big fan of sex (although haven't been having the chance to exercise that love recently...sigh) and I am also bisexual. I do have a sex filter on my LJ but don't use it too often, mostly because I don't care...but also because I've just been slow on that lately.
I am also very outspoken about politics and social issues. I don't mind if people disagree with me, but if we are gonna actually have a conversation about it, I'd appreciate a conversation rather than just insults. That said...sometimes I do spend sometime insulting people who disagree with me, but not in conversation and NEVER about anyone on my flist. (Nobody is mean to anyone on my flist! I'll kick 'em if they are.) But I will talk rudely about some people who are in the government. I figure it's my journal and I can make statements like that if I want, just as I won't take offense if it is a statement in someone's journal. But I figure if we're gonna talk about it, we should talk.
Wow...that is a lot of rambling on this comment. How about I just friend you and then you can come on over to my journal for a visit if you want to and decide from there?
